Orders ship from China and/or overseas fulfillment partners. International delivery usually includes an international first-leg and a domestic last-mile stage.
Processing Time
Processing Time means the period after payment is received and before goods are handed over to the carrier. If the goods are handed over to the first carrier within the stated Processing Time, we will be deemed to have fulfilled our shipping obligation.
Shipped
An order is deemed shipped when any of the following occurs:
Physical handover to the first international carrier
Acceptance by the export logistics provider
Presence of an objective logistics record (acceptance scan, airway bill, pickup record, etc.)
Estimated Delivery Window
Unless a guaranteed delivery commitment is expressly stated in writing at checkout or by us in writing, delivery dates are estimates only.
The absence of local tracking updates does not, by itself, mean the order has not been shipped. Local tracking may activate only after the parcel reaches the destination country.
Stage | Typical timing | Notes |
|---|---|---|
Order processing | 3–5 business days | May vary by product or custom handling |
Continental US transit | 10–18 business days | Excludes weekends and holidays |
Tracking activation | 1–2 business days after dispatch | International first-leg may update infrequently |
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not automatically responsible for refunds or compensation where delays, tracking irregularities, or delivery disruptions are caused by customs inspections, port congestion, airline or vessel delays, local carrier backlogs, weather, holidays, system update delays, or other factors beyond our reasonable control.
