How long does it take for my order to ship?
Order processing typically takes 3-5 business days. Shipping duration depends on your country or region; see the Shipping Policy for timelines.
Can I change my order?
You may request changes within 24 hours of payment confirmation at no extra cost by emailing official@hushwinghome.com with your order number. After shipping starts, changes are no longer available.
Can I cancel my order?
Within 24 hours before processing, full refund may apply. After 24 hours but before shipment, a 10%–20% cancellation fee may apply. After shipment, use the return process after receiving the package.
How long does delivery typically take?
Total time is processing (3-5 business days) plus transit. Continental US shipping typically takes 10-18 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Do all items ship locally?
No. Most orders ship factory-direct from our manufacturing hub in Zhongshan, Guangdong, China.
What if I receive a damaged or defective item?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or videos. We provide a 7-Day DOA Guarantee and will arrange replacement or refund after verification.
What is your return window?
Eligible returns can be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
When will I receive my refund?
After we receive and inspect the return, refunds for qualifying items are typically processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
What payment methods do you accept?
